Returns and Refunds

• Return Window: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

• Exclusions: Sale items, intimates, or custom orders are final and cannot be returned

• Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

NB: For each and every order, material has to be bought to sew it. In the event of refund, you will receive half of the refund due to the cost of buying the material. Unless if you chose the dress that is already sewn.
